Ordering and Payment
A Pocket Wifi router is a pocket size wireless modem creating WiFi network around itself using 4G LTE (almost everywhere in Taiwan - and 3G in remote places) when turned on. It can also be called mobile hotspot, pocket wifi, mifi portable wifi hotspot, and dongle. So with this device, you can send emails, use map and navigation, stay in touch with your friends, family or boss (if you want...haha) by facebook, whatsapp, skype, instagram, or line. Anyway, you can do anything on the internet when you traveling Taiwan without expensive roaming fee!
To ensure availability, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible. For the last minutes order, the order placement deadline is 2 business days before your rental starts. Within 2 days, please contact us.
Full payment by credit card is only accepted. Please note that payment in cash is not acceptable. Master, Visa, and AMEX cards are acceptable.
Currently, the order must to be made through online in advance.
Yes, please contact us before your final rental date to extend your rental period. It will NOT automatically be extended without any further request.
It is possible to cancel your order up to 2 days prior to your pick-up date. You can contact us via email, message or call. If you cancel 2 days or more prior to your pick-up date, you will not be charged. However, canceling within the 2 days you will be charged for 100% of the rental period.

Since the refund will be done to the customers credit card company, depending on the companies billing cycle, it might take up to 1-2 months. For more exact confirmation please contact the credit card company.
Pick-up and Return
Usually we send the device to the Airport counter before 2 business days on basis your start date of rental. Therefore please contact us before that.
Pickup counter at each airport will take care of your device for a while. It's okay even if it's a few days late but no refund possible.
No worries please return it but no refund possible.
No problem at all.
Please contact us immediately, and send it to address below by EMS, Fedex, DHL or faster methods. We are sorry but we will have to charge you for the delayed period. Please wait for the new bill and make the payment.

Pocket WiFi and Compensation
You can restart WiFi device first. If the internet is still slow, please take a photo of the device screen and sent us via email or message, we will handle it ASAP.
In case of lost or damaged of devices within the contract period, customers will be charged the following compensation
- Device(Included Battery, Internal SIM card ) : 120 USD
- AC adapter/USB cable : 4 USD
- Pouch : 4 USD
